Urja Bharat Convention Centre (“UBCC”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) at the ONGC Advanced Training Institute, Goa. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, including through WhatsApp, and how we use it.

• Enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, preferred dates, number of participants, how you heard about us and any message you send.
• WhatsApp and email: when you message us, we receive your name, phone number or email address, and the content of your messages.
• Website assistant: the questions you type into the chat assistant on this website.
• Usage data: basic information such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide information about our venues, dates and services.
• To arrange site visits, bookings and event support you request.
• To send you messages on WhatsApp related to your enquiry or booking, where you have contacted us or agreed to receive them.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

WhatsApp communication

If you contact us on WhatsApp or share your number with us, we may use WhatsApp to reply and to send messages about your enquiry or booking. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp LLC (Meta), and its use is also subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or by asking us to opt you out.

Sharing your information

Your information is used by the UBCC events team. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our communications (such as website hosting, form handling, the chat assistant, analytics and WhatsApp), and only to the extent needed for those services, or where required by law.
